two 45-minute coaching sessions.
Start Strong is a four-week introduction to coaching. This is designed for people who would like to try coaching out. It's for those who want to make changes in some aspects of their life but aren't sure where to start.
With the Start Strong program, you will begin the process with a 1-1 coaching session with Helen (via Zoom video call, or in person if you are based in Berkshire).
You will then get five coaching exercises emailed to you each week for four weeks. These exercises will help you to:
name your dreams and desires for your life
figure out what is holding you back
learn tools for making real changes
set goals and make positive steps forward
You then end the process with another 1-1 coaching session to spring-board you forward into making some great changes in your life, relationships and future goals.
£195/month (minimum four month contract)
Make the Change
Make the Change is a coaching package for anyone keen to commit to making tangible changes in their life.
This paackge is four months in length, with two coaching sessions per month.
Over the eight sessions you will learn:
what your core values are and how to make them work for you in your day-to-day
who you really are and what you really want
awareness of what is holding you back
tools to make great life choices
how to develop a life-giving rhythm of work, rest and play
how to create positive relationships at home and work that will support your happiness
Coaching sessions are 45-60 minutes in length and will be done in person if local to Berkshire, UK, or over Zoom video if elsewhere in the world.
£150/month (no minimum contract length)
The accountability package is available for anyone who has completed the 'Make the Change' coaching process, 'The Reform Coaching Framework', or one of my retreats (including The Reform Retreat and Destiny Project).
Walking out change takes commitment, clarity and accountability.
The accountability package is designed to offer support and guidance as you walk out the changes you designed during your coaching.
We meet for one 75-90 minute session per month in-person or via Zoom.
