Hi, I'm Helen. I am a certified coach and leadership development expert who is passionate about helping people to create a life they love and can thrive in. Over the last 20 years, I have helped individuals and teams to make the necessary changes needed to create a better future.

I live in Berkshire in the UK with my two teenagers, who are my two favourite humans, and my 11 year old vizsla, Chilli Pepper.

The way to my heart is through the perfectly crafted evening of good cheese, good wine and good conversation.

One day I plan to live in the Highlands. Likely married to a man in a kilt.
