Life coaching is a four-month journey where we meet every other week over Zoom to gain awareness, understand what's holding you back, and make clear changes in your life.

"Who are you?" This might seem like a simple question on the surface, but trust me, it's anything but. Understanding who you truly are is the cornerstone of personal growth, fulfillment, and success in all areas of your life.

We'll also delve into your passions, those activities and pursuits that bring you joy and fulfillment.
